I am an experienced producer and editor of non-fiction, documentary, and branded video content based in San Francisco, CA. I have edited thousands of hours of film and television programming, specializing in non-fiction and documentary storytelling. My work has been seen by millions of viewers on PBS, National Geographic, Smithsonian, Al Jazeera, LinkTV, Current TV, Court TV, Food Network, and HGTV.
As a character-driven storyteller, my superpower as an editor is creating unforgettable characters and transformative stories. I have edited feature-length documentaries, docu-series, lifestyle/reality series, development reels and short docs. What I love most about editing documentary and unscripted programming is that I get to take a deep dive into an individual's journey with a subject matter that they care deeply about, and in turn, I learn and become a better human being on earth.
A mission-driven producer, I have successfully led and delivered diverse projects with a focus on sustainability and environmental justice. Having completed a Certificate in Sustainability from City College of San Francisco, and trained by Vice President Al Gore as a Climate Reality Project Leader, I possess a strong understanding of climate change solutions, renewable energy technologies, and sustainability best practices, allowing me to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects that drive tangible climate action.
I have a Master of Arts in Television, Radio and Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where I received awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in screenwriting and sound design. I am an active member of Women in Film SF Bay Area, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and the Wild Lens Collective. I also serve the City of San Francisco as Vice Chair of the Bicycle Advisory Committee, representing District 1.
